April 13th the choir was asked to sing with the many voices at the Horace Boyer Gospel Fund Benefit Concert “How Sweet the Sound” at Wesley Church in Hadley.

Christmas 2007

W.H.O.M.

New Pastor, New Stairs, New Windows

Although many of us were sad to see Pastor Talley leave (assigned to our sister church in Worcester), in the summer of 2007 we welcome Alfred L. Johnson as the new Pastor of Goodwin Memorial AME Zion Church. Our first cookout found Pastor Johnson at the BBQ Grill and on the basketball court. His lovely wife First Lady Tina Johnson and their family all were present.
